I absolutely love this controller! I was pleasantly surprised by how much lighter it feels without the rumble feature. The design and feel of the controller are spot on, especially with the back buttons placed perfectly for how I naturally hold it. I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase!

Non-receipt of item, tracking issues, refund problems
I had a really bad time with my recent purchase because I never got what I ordered. At first, they gave me a fake tracking number that said my sneakers were delivered, but I never got them. When I checked with the post office, they told me the tracking number was no good. They gave me a new tracking number, but it was for someone in a different city. It got even worse when they said I'd get a refund, but I only got a little bit of the money back. I feel like I got scammed, so be careful if you shop on this site. I'm not buying anything from them ever again.

Gypsies, bad service, bad product
Kid you not, those gypsies can never get stuff to you on time and when they finally do, it's usually a mess. They even had the nerve to try and pull a fast one with some phony confiscation excuse to jack up the prices! But as soon as folks started catching on, poof, they vanished into thin air. When I voiced my concerns, the owner, Kats, acted just like a little Trump - talk about a total disaster. And don't even get me started on the sorry excuse for the latest batch I received - pure disappointment. I'm definitely not going back to them.

Man, let me tell you about my experience with this electric bike. The thing itself is awesome, top-notch quality. But man, the customer service? A total letdown. My bike is still under warranty, but I had some faulty parts that needed fixing. I reached out to customer service in Europe for help, but it was like talking to a brick wall - no response, no effort to replace the parts. I sent them email after email, but nothing. It's so frustrating and disappointing, you know? I'm just left feeling like a very let-down customer.

Covid test billing mishap
My COVID test got charged to my old insurance by mistake, so my claim got denied. But then Vault Health responded super fast and helped me update my insurance info online. They gave me a number to call to fix the billing issue. The call only took 2 minutes, and everyone I talked to was really nice and got things done quickly. I've been super happy with the staff at Vault for helping with sample collection, especially when it's busy. Big thanks to Vault for the amazing service during this crazy time.
