CD Jewel Case Purchase
When my CD jewel case order from Decluttr arrived, I was bummed to see that the front of the case was cracked right in the middle. The crack was pretty big, and I was worried that the CD inside might be messed up too. Thankfully, the CD was totally fine, so I decided to keep it since it was a rare find and I got a great deal on it. I ended up making a temporary case for it, but it was still a bummer to get something in such rough shape. I know once it's with the shipping carrier, things can get tossed around, but maybe using tougher packaging could help avoid this kind of thing in the future.
