Hat purchase
I recently bought a hat online, but it ended up being a nightmare. Right after I placed my order, I saw a bunch of charges on my card that I didn't make. My bank had to step in and stop any more sketchy stuff from happening. I tried reaching out to the store, but they were useless. They even tried to make me delete my bad review. It took forever for them to even respond, and when they did, they only offered to refund the shipping, even though I never got the hat! Their customer service is terrible and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Don't waste your time or money on this site.

This company is just terrible to deal with. The clothes are really bad quality, way too expensive, and the shipping fees are just out of control. And don't even get me started on the duty fees you gotta pay when the package finally shows up. The customer service is no help at all and super rude, which just makes the whole thing even more annoying. I would definitely recommend staying far away from buying anything from this company.

Knitted cardigan, hoop earrings, midi dress
The stuff I bought was really high quality, way better than I thought it would be. The earrings are super classy and don't bother my ears at all. The dress looks like it costs a fortune and fits like a glove after a quick tweak. The cardigan is so comfy, but it was a bit too big at first. But the customer service was amazing, they swapped out the big cardigan for one that fits perfectly with no problems at all. I'm totally happy with everything I bought and the service I got.

Oh my gosh, I found the most adorable dress here! It arrived in this package that looked like a little present. The dress is just so cute, I'm really excited to wear it for cosplay and maybe even experiment with some lolita style looks. The quality is amazing and the fabric is incredibly soft, I feel like a princess when I put it on. I will definitely be telling all my friends about this store! ?
