Glass chair mat purchase
I recently bought a glass chair mat to protect my hardwood floors, but it ended up being a letdown. The glass mat just randomly shattered after a few months, making a mess and costing me 500 bucks. I contacted the company for help, sent them pics of the damage like they asked, but then never heard back from them. The lack of communication and support was really disappointing, and now I'm pretty upset. Comparing that to Costco, where I got a cheaper glass mat that's still going strong, really shows how bad the customer service and product quality is with this company. I suggest looking elsewhere before buying from them.

Knitted cardigan, hoop earrings, midi dress
The stuff I bought was really high quality, way better than I thought it would be. The earrings are super classy and don't bother my ears at all. The dress looks like it costs a fortune and fits like a glove after a quick tweak. The cardigan is so comfy, but it was a bit too big at first. But the customer service was amazing, they swapped out the big cardigan for one that fits perfectly with no problems at all. I'm totally happy with everything I bought and the service I got.

Faulty zipper sheet
The zipper on the sheet broke after only one wash, and let me tell you, the response from the company when I asked for a replacement was total garbage. They basically wanted me to go through a bunch of hoops to prove it was a defect before they'd even consider giving me a new one. Like, duh, if something falls apart after one wash, it's obviously a defect and should be replaced, no questions asked. I shouldn't have to sit around waiting for them to do their little "investigation" just to get a replacement. It's completely unacceptable.

Cute dress
Oh my gosh, I found the most adorable dress here! It arrived in this package that looked like a little present. The dress is just so cute, I'm really excited to wear it for cosplay and maybe even experiment with some lolita style looks. The quality is amazing and the fabric is incredibly soft, I feel like a princess when I put it on. I will definitely be telling all my friends about this store! 🌸
