Pink opal lotus pendant and sterling silver bracelet
I just got a pink opal lotus pendant and a sterling silver bracelet from this store. The bracelet was great, but the pendant was kinda disappointing. The stones were too white, not like in the pictures. So, I contacted customer service to see what was up. Chris, the rep, was super cool and understanding. They sent me a return label right away and a new pendant that was on point. I'm really happy with how quick and smooth everything was. The customer service was awesome, and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

Dress quality is great, but sizing may be off
The delivery estimate was pretty close, but honestly, the whole delivery thing was a mess and my order ended up going to the wrong spot. Luckily, the customer service team really came through and helped fix everything so I finally got my stuff. The size was a little wonky, but the product itself is top-notch quality. All in all, I'd say I'm about 90% happy with how things turned out.
