Train ticket
The customer service guy, Daniel, was really straight-up with me about what I needed to do to get my issue sorted out. I liked that he didn't beat around the bush and I'd definitely hit him up again if I have another problem. But man, waiting on hold forever just to talk to someone was annoying. Omio should really think about having more folks like Daniel on board to help out with customer service.

Lingerie purchase
I bought some lingerie sets from this store and they were a huge letdown. When I got my order, I saw that some of the pieces had stains and hairs on them, which was totally gross. It's really concerning that they'd sell used stuff as new, especially with intimate clothing. The customer service was also bad - the reps were rude and unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this store.

Long-sleeve sweater
I just bought a long-sleeve sweater from this company I've been a fan of for a while. Usually, I love their stuff, but this time I wasn't too happy. The sweater was great, fit nicely and all that, but ordering it was a headache. The website was a mess to figure out and finding what I wanted was a pain. And on top of that, I couldn't even get my discount code to work. So yeah, not the best experience.
