    I had some problems with the website at first because my browser was blocking it for security reasons and the item pictures weren't displaying correctly. But after updating my browser on a newer computer, I haven't had any issues. I've made two orders with the company and I've been happy with the good prices, fast delivery, and quality products.

    I got a Marilyn Monroe bracelet, but it didn't come with the special box or certificate like it was supposed to online. I called customer service and they told me it doesn't include those things, even though I saw it on Poshmark with the box and certificate. That's not cool, you know?

    Online booking experience

    Booking a flight online was such a pain, it felt like a total nightmare. The website kept crashing on me so I ended up booking with a different airline. Then, out of the blue, I got an email confirming my flight. I quickly called to get a refund, but dealing with customer service was a total bust. I've been fighting to get my money back ever since. Steer clear of this airline at all costs.

    I just bought this fancy handbag from that store and man, was I bummed out about the whole thing! The customer service was not great, and I felt like the prices were way too steep for what I got.     I've been a fan of this company for over 20 years, but man, my recent experience with their customer service was a total bummer. I tried to return some stuff I bought within the 30-day window, but the dang "returns" button on their site wasn't working. I reached out to customer service, and they said they'd send me a return label via email, but it never showed up, even after I double-checked my email address. To top it off, when I logged into my account, all my past orders were gone for some reason. This kind of messiness and lack of organization is just not cool from a company that I used to really like.

    Eyeglasses for daughter

    We were in a tough spot when our daughter misplaced her glasses right before our ski trip. Our eye doctor couldn't get us new ones in time, so we did some quick searching online and came across this company with a great variety. We placed the order on a Saturday night, they were made on Sunday morning, sent out on Monday, and arrived just in time on Wednesday for our trip. Our daughter is thrilled with her new glasses, and we are beyond happy with the service and options provided by this company.

    I ordered a gift for my friend like two weeks back and it still hasn't shown up! I paid as quick as I could, but there's no sign of the present anywhere. The customer service is terrible - they're just giving me the runaround and no one is even dealing with my order. All I'm getting are these generic, automated responses. I feel like I've lost my money for good and it's really irritating. I should've just gone to a physical store. This brand is history for me - they've got enough from my wallet already.

    Maya Midi Dress in Navy & Khaki

    Last year, I got this really cute Maya Midi Dress and I was obsessed with it. It was so nice that I ended up buying two more for my vacation. The Navy and Khaki dresses both looked great on me and the fabric felt super fancy. But, I had to send back the Khaki one because there was a snag in the fabric on the front. Such a bummer!

    This program is a total scam, I swear. Even after I unsubscribed, they went ahead and charged me a whopping $200 when it was supposed to be just $30 a month. Can you believe they'd do something like that to their customers? So disappointing. I'm definitely going to tell others to watch out for this sneaky business. Right now, I'm looking into my legal options to get my money back from these crooks.
