Luxurious handmade ceramic vase
I never would've thought buying a vase could be such a great experience! The staff at this store really knows how to treat a customer right. They were so friendly, so helpful, and really went out of their way to help me pick out the perfect vase for my home. The quality of the vases is top-notch and super fancy. I am so happy with my purchase and so grateful for the amazing service I got.

Airport check-in nightmare
So, my family and I went to the airport the other day and we tried to check in online. But guess what? Our QR codes were completely useless when we got there! We asked for some help, but the airport staff told us that there was no one around from that airline anymore. Can you believe that? So, we decided to call the support number for assistance, but unfortunately, no one on the other end could speak English. It was a mess! We tried another support number, but they refused to help since it was a different company. Talk about feeling helpless! We ended up having to buy new tickets, and to make matters worse, there were absolutely no refunds given. It was definitely a frustrating experience, to say the least.

Booking experience
At first, I was pretty happy with the customer service I got from Solome. She was really helpful and patient when I was booking. But then I found out that the service charges me instead of the hotel, which doesn't seem right. It kind of turned me off. Even though Solome was great, I probably won't use this service again because of that.
