The optometrists really know their stuff, especially Ms. Deeksha Rawat at the Pacific Mall in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She made my eye exam a breeze and helped me pick out the perfect frames. The Vincent Chase collection is amazing with so many stylish choices to choose from.

Koa says they have good skincare stuff that's good for the environment, but man, my experience was anything but smooth. Ordering was a mess - it took forever, was confusing, and just made me mad. And their customer service? Non-existent. I tried to reach out for help with a basic question, and I heard crickets for days. And let's not even talk about their prices. I felt like they were trying to pull a fast one with how much they charged. Don't even get me started on the delivery time - it felt like they were shipping it in a spaceship from another planet. Save yourself the headache and the cash, and steer clear of this company.

Shipping issue
I recently had a really annoying experience with this company that promised free shipping but totally dropped the ball on that promise. So, I placed my order thinking I was getting free shipping, but then they told me I could only get a rebate for half of the shipping cost. Like, what? I even showed them proof that they said shipping was free originally, but I still haven't gotten my money back. It's been a whole month and countless phone calls, and the issue still isn't fixed. Every time I talk to a customer service rep, they give me different info, which just makes me even more frustrated. They're seriously lacking in honesty and consistency in their communication, and that doesn't look good for their reputation. This whole ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth, so needless to say, I won't be giving them my business again.
