Portable Mini PC purchase
I gotta say, this portable mini PC I got from the store has really changed the game for me. It's the perfect size for taking with me wherever I go and setting up wherever I need to. I was pretty surprised to see that it's not only got a special BIOS that can handle higher wattage levels, but it works even better with Ubuntu, cutting down on power usage. And the fact that I can upgrade the SSD to fit my storage needs is a huge plus. The fan runs quietly, so I can use it in quiet places like my office or even in the car. The plastic case feels sturdy, which gives me confidence it'll last a long time, even though it's a little bit flexible. All in all, I'm super happy with this purchase and would totally recommend it to anyone in the market for a highly portable mini PC that's just as good as the bigger models.

Helpful customer service
The customer service reps were super cool and really helped me out. The first suggestion they gave me didn't work, but the second one fixed my problem right up. I feel like they could make it a bit simpler to get the app back on track after an update, though.
