First-time order
I was kinda nervous about ordering from ReserveBar at first 'cause I saw some bad reviews about slow deliveries and bad customer service. But, I took a chance and I'm happy I did. Everything went real smooth, and I got my order just two days after placing it. I liked how they kept me in the loop with emails about my shipment and tracking info. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd think about ordering from them again down the road.

Bike rack purchase
I went to two REI stores in SLC to ask about bike racks. Sadly, the customer service I got from both employees wasn't great. They seemed like they didn't care and weren't helpful at all, which made me feel unimportant. Because of that, I decided to go somewhere else. I ended up having a much better time at a different store where the staff was nice, attentive, and ready to help me. Good customer service is super important when you're shopping, and sadly, REI didn't deliver during my visits.

Train journey through the Nile valley
My recent train ride through the Nile valley was amazing. I hopped on the day train from Giza to Luxor at Ramses station in Cairo, and it was a breeze. The train was right on time and got us to our destination just a tad late, which was totally fine. The staff and police officers were super nice and helpful the whole way.
