My interaction with the customer service at this store has been really frustrating. They not only canceled part of my order without giving me any other options or telling me when it would arrive, but they also didn't deliver the package within the promised 2 days - it took them 5 days to even ship it out. This kind of back and forth and not keeping me in the loop is just not okay, especially when you consider how expensive their stuff is. No matter how good their products are, how they treat customers and how smoothly they run their business is super important.

Museum tour with Ellen
Ellen was amazing - she really made the museum tour something special. She took us through the museum with so much knowledge, showing us hidden details in the art and telling us cool stories about where common sayings come from.
