Skincare products and free gifts
I recently bought some skincare products from STYLEVANA, which came with some free gifts from Round Lab. I was really looking forward to getting the package, but when it finally arrived, those gifts from Round Lab were nowhere to be found. I specifically picked out my items to get those gifts, so it was pretty disappointing to see that they were either left out or taken during the packing process. I tried to reach out to customer service a few times by email, but all I got back were automated responses and it seemed like no one was really listening to my concerns. This whole situation has definitely given me a bad impression and now I'm not sure if I want to order from STYLEVANA again in the future.
