    Stylevana keeps apologizing to me for the delay, but they haven't offered any compensation yet. I still haven't gotten my order, and they're saying they can't cancel it. I already told them I want to return the items once they arrive, but they didn't say anything about that.

    I recently bought some skincare products from this website 'cause I wanted to try some new stuff for my routine. But man, my whole experience with this company has been just plain terrible. So after I placed my order and paid through PayPal, I never even got a confirmation email. Instead, all I kept getting were these annoying emails bugging me to finish my order, which seemed really strange. When I reached out to customer service to check on my order, they straight up told me there was no record of it under my account. I showed them proof that I paid, but then they ghosted me - no response, no fix. Feels like they took my money and just left me hanging with no products in sight. This total lack of communication and respect for customers' worries is just not cool at all - it's so unprofessional.

    My first experience with this company was kinda frustrating because it took forever for my order to arrive - like 8 whole weeks. I reached out to customer service about the delay, and they got back to me quickly. They explained that my item was out of stock and they had to wait for it before shipping out my order. When the package finally showed up, it was packed nice and tight. Overall, I'm grateful for the customer service help, but the long wait time was a bummer for me.

    I recently got some skincare stuff from this website and let me tell you, I'm seriously impressed with the whole thing. Yeah, it took forever to get here since it was coming from Korea, but other than that, it was all top-notch. The prices were good, they had some awesome deals that let me get extra stuff for free. Their tracking system was on point, I could see exactly where my package was at all times. When my stuff finally arrived, it was in perfect shape, and the package was just the right size, no wasted space. Their customer service was quick to help out, especially when my package got stuck at the local post office. And hey, it's nice that everything's in English for us international folks. Honestly, I've got nothing bad to say, I'd totally recommend this site to anyone.

I requested to cancel about 4 weeks after I didn't receive it and they told me they couldn't because they were preparing it for shipment. Well fast forward to mid December and I still don't have it. I reported to Chase credit card for fraudulent charges.

    Oh my goodness, I'm obsessed with Stylevana and their products! I totally understand that things can be out of stock and shipping takes time, but I ran into an issue. In my recent order, one of the products was missing. I reached out to them via email to inform them, and they responded requesting photos of the receipt, the package, and the products that I did receive. I provided the requested photos, but it's been a whole month and I still haven't received a response. Stylevana, please step up your customer service game and get back to me!

    I've bought stuff from Stylevana twice now and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the skincare products I got. Shipping can be a bit tricky since it's coming all the way from Hong Kong, but they always send it in a secure package and it usually gets to me in about 2.5 weeks. Just make sure what you're ordering is actually in stock so you don't have to wait forever. But overall, I'm really pleased with my experience at Stylevana.

    I saw the website and because I love a specific Korean product that is hard to find or very expensive decided to give the website a try. Love their prices, the website is really user friendly. I was not aware that some of the products were in back order because the website does not clarify this which is bad, but understandable. What I do not like of the their service is that I had to send emails for them to respond for any of my questions. The order took two months to arrive and 1 item was missing. I sent them an email about the missing item and they have not gotten back to me. The packaging of the products were very nice and even if they took extra time with the delivery, I would have purchase again. But ignoring the part that my order was incomplete is very upsetting.

    It was my first time ordering from Stylevana, and I was extremely worried due to the numerous bad reviews, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I place my order on August 12th, 2022, and in 2-3 days it was still "processing". I use the messaging feature on the website to ask how long it usually takes for an order to be "confirmed"; I got a response in a day saying that my order is already packed and is awaiting to be sent out; it was stated that I should be receiving my order in 6-12 business days. On August 16th I got a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number; I believe it took 4 days to ship only because I ordered on Friday and they don't work on the weekends, so I find it reasonable to be shipped on Tuesday the following week. I will attach the travel history of my order for you to see how long each stage takes. I received my order in the mail on August 24th, therefore, it took 12 days (or 9 business days) to be delivered to me from the moment I ordered. That falls into the exact delivery timing the lady stated in the response. The package was in amazing condition and I received everything I ordered. For those who are interested I used free shipping, so I didn't pay for any insurance. Overall, I am super happy with what I got, so I would definitely recommend it! 10/10!

    Discounts can be a bit challenging to understand, so if you have any questions use the messaging feature on the site to message customer help. As far as I understood the discount you apply only applies to the cheapest item in your cart; meaning if you use the 10% off code, it will only take 10% off your cheapest item not the entire total.

    I think people writing poor reviews are setting their standards at the same level as Amazon while also not reading details....partially understandable and partially not. First of all, the site layout is great. Prices are far better than Amazon and they reward bulk purchases. It's very fortunate we have sites like these that offer Asian cosmetics/sunscreens to the US market all in one place like this.

    I do not understand why customer service is being so harshly criticized here. Again, they're not a behemoth corporation akin to Amazon. Even so, they have given responses that were admittedly general but when you ask for clarification they do respond in kind. I had trouble with an order taking so long to process and they got back to me and explained why. It was completely my misunderstanding when I made the order and they were very clear with me on what mistake I made.

    That brings me to delivery. It's the only downside to this site. You're much better off buying in bulk because orders do take a long time. When you view a product, look for a statement right under the title that says something like "usually ships within X hours or days". I ordered a product that said usually ships within 30 days and didn't realize when I made the order. This drastically increased the processing time as they were waiting for supply. I think the website could be more clear about what they have in inventory and what is on back order.

    That said, I would definitely use this service again taking better care to look for what they can ship out quickly and I will use this site to buy anything I don't need immediately. They have excellent prices and worth the wait.

    Shoppers - do not buy anything from this website.

    They will keep your money, and they will not send you the merchandise you order.

    Do not waste your hard earn money. They do not care about you... they only want your money for FREE! I sent them 2nd email follow-up on my order and still waiting to hear back from them. I will reject the payment through PayPal. Who knows, maybe they will ship me my order a year later. Currently, it has been over two months, and I still have not received anything.

    I purchased several items ( so i thought). The charge is on my card but I have yet to receive a confirmation of my purchase in addition I sent an email regarding the failed purchase. I have yet to hear from Stylevana. I had forgotten an item and ordered it separately and still I don’t have it either. The last recourse is to dispute the purchase so that I’m not paying for nothing.
