Perfect prices
The prices are awesome, feels like I'm scoring a deal every time. But then things go south. My package vanished and customer service was no help at all. All the money I saved is down the drain now. It's so annoying to think you're saving cash just to end up losing it. I really wish they had better delivery and customer support.
Japanese & Korean skin, hair, and body care products
I've been a regular customer of STYLEVANA and I gotta say, I'm loving their huge range of Japanese & Korean skincare, haircare, and body care goodies on their site. The prices are pretty good and usually lower than other online stores I've shopped at before. And let's talk about those exclusive member sales and sweet deals they have - major money savers right there! But, I do have one gripe with them - their shipping. Even though I pay extra for priority shipping, my packages always seem to take forever to get to me, like 2-3 weeks after I place my order. Kinda frustrating, ya know?
Order placed in February
I ordered something from STYLEVANA in February, but it's now almost June and I still haven't gotten my order or heard back from anyone. Slow packing time, disappointed
I can't believe how slow my order was with Stylevana! I ordered from them and another Asian trend website, and you know what? The other one showed up at my door already while my Stylevana order was still being packed. Can you believe that? They said all orders would be packed in 24 hours, but that clearly wasn't true in my case. I'm definitely not buying from them again after this experience.

I tried to sign up on this website, but it was super confusing. I just wanted to create an account so I could buy some stuff, but it wasn't working. I tried multiple times, and it kept asking for the same things repeatedly. Why can't it just let me sign up and shop, you know? Ugh.

Delayed shipping and delivery
Stylevana keeps apologizing to me for the delay, but they haven't offered any compensation yet. I still haven't gotten my order, and they're saying they can't cancel it. I already told them I want to return the items once they arrive, but they didn't say anything about that.

I recently bought some skincare products from this website 'cause I wanted to try some new stuff for my routine. But man, my whole experience with this company has been just plain terrible. So after I placed my order and paid through PayPal, I never even got a confirmation email. When I reached out to customer service to check on my order, they straight up told me there was no record of it under my account. I showed them proof that I paid, but then they ghosted me - no response, no fix. Feels like they took my money and just left me hanging with no products in sight. First order, delayed delivery
My first experience with this company was kinda frustrating because it took forever for my order to arrive - like 8 whole weeks. I requested to cancel about 4 weeks after I didn't receive it and they told me they couldn't because they were preparing it for shipment. Well fast forward to mid December and I still don't have it. I reported to Chase credit card for fraudulent charges.

Oh my goodness, I'm obsessed with Stylevana and their products! I totally understand that things can be out of stock and shipping takes time, but I ran into an issue. In my recent order, one of the products was missing. I reached out to them via email to inform them, and they responded requesting photos of the receipt, the package, and the products that I did receive. I provided the requested photos, but it's been a whole month and I still haven't received a response. Stylevana, please step up your customer service game and get back to me!
Skincare products purchase
I've bought stuff from Stylevana twice now and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the skincare products I got. Shipping can be a bit tricky since it's coming all the way from Hong Kong, but they always send it in a secure package and it usually gets to me in about 2.5 weeks. Just make sure what you're ordering is actually in stock so you don't have to wait forever. But overall, I'm really pleased with my experience at Stylevana.

nearly 600 cad
When will order ...BWSVCAA150250263 be shipped. It’s been over a week since I ordered all items that were supposed to be sent within 24 hours. If I don’t get a reply I will file a police report and contact my bank this is fraud. I keep emailing and they don’t response. It’s a fraud company and I hope they burn to the ground

I saw the website and because I love a specific Korean product that is hard to find or very expensive decided to give the website a try. Love their prices, the website is really user friendly. I was not aware that some of the products were in back order because the website does not clarify this which is bad, but understandable. What I do not like of the their service is that I had to send emails for them to respond for any of my questions. The order took two months to arrive and 1 item was missing. I sent them an email about the missing item and they have not gotten back to me. The packaging of the products were very nice and even if they took extra time with the delivery, I would have purchase again. But ignoring the part that my order was incomplete is very upsetting.
Hair color products
After a week, the hair color I ordered was out of stock. However, the other products is taking over 3 weeks to ship. Hopefully, I'll get it next week.
