I got this new cockpit rib and it was way too thick. I needed longer spacers for the screws, but they didn't come with it or any explanation. I had some trouble putting everything together until I realized the issue was the screws getting stuck.

So I bought some skincare stuff online the other day and man, the customer service was a real letdown. I placed the order like 10 days ago and it's still just sitting there saying "preparing to ship". I tried calling and chatting with customer service but hardly got any response. The reps I did talk to basically just repeated the same info that was already on the website - that my order was "in the warehouse". I've been a loyal customer for a while now, so I was really hoping for better communication and speed from them. Guess I won't be shopping on their website again in the future.

Whitening strips
These whitening strips from this brand are seriously the best. I've tried a bunch of other whitening systems, even the fancy ones from my dentist, but nothing has worked as well as these strips. I mean, after using them just once, I couldn't believe how much whiter my teeth looked. And it only got better each time I used them. Plus, I didn't feel any sensitivity at all, which was a huge plus. I'm so happy with this product and for sure gonna tell others about it.

Ranger and Pi Fire
I just bought the Ranger stove from this company and loved it so much that I also got the Pi Fire pizza oven attachment. Let me tell you, both of these things have gone above and beyond what I was hoping for. The Ranger is a top-notch stove that's super user-friendly and puts out a pretty impressive flame. The Pi Fire is an awesome addition to my outdoor cooking setup. It cooks a little slower than my Roccbox, but I actually like the relaxed pace - it gives me more time to enjoy the whole cooking experience. All in all, I'm extremely happy with both of my purchases and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor cooking gear.
