I canceled my membership more than a month ago, but I've still been getting charged for the next 3 months even though I haven't used any services. I've reached out to customer service a few times to try to fix this, but I haven't gotten a good solution yet. It's been really annoying and disappointing dealing with the lack of communication and slow response to billing mistakes.

The LED light bar I bought from this company was just what I wanted. The packaging was really good, so the product came in perfect condition. It was my first time ordering from Stylevana, and I was extremely worried due to the numerous bad reviews, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I place my order on August 12th, 2022, and in 2-3 days it was still "processing". I use the messaging feature on the website to ask how long it usually takes for an order to be "confirmed"; I got a response in a day saying that my order is already packed and is awaiting to be sent out; it was stated that I should be receiving my order in 6-12 business days. On August 16th I got a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number; I believe it took 4 days to ship only because I ordered on Friday and they don't work on the weekends, so I find it reasonable to be shipped on Tuesday the following week. I will attach the travel history of my order for you to see how long each stage takes. I received my order in the mail on August 24th, therefore, it took 12 days (or 9 business days) to be delivered to me from the moment I ordered. That falls into the exact delivery timing the lady stated in the response. The package was in amazing condition and I received everything I ordered. For those who are interested I used free shipping, so I didn't pay for any insurance. Overall, I am super happy with what I got, so I would definitely recommend it! 10/10!
Discounts can be a bit challenging to understand, so if you have any questions use the messaging feature on the site to message customer help. KN95 masks (three 10-packs)
Avoid. I bought on a recommendation, and frankly would think the company is a scam if it weren't for the recommendation. I submitted a quick order based on guaranteed in-stock and same-day shipping. Order has been stuck "pending" per postal service (meaning they are waiting to receive the physical product) since Aug. 11. No phone number available to call the company, email only customer service. Got a quick reply with an excuse that the postal service has the product but hadn't had time to process it. Status has never changed per the postal service, so they haven't received my order. I requested to cancel my order for a refund because I need masks for work. Sadly, crickets. I do, however, continue to receive emails and texts suggesting I buy more from them. Next step is to report them to my credit card company.
Exact same situation. I have been waiting 2 weeks. I reached out to the company via Facebook about my situation and they removed the comment and blocked me from commenting again ! And I was being NICE !!

I ordered around the same time. The worst part is when you finish paying they offer you cheaper deals for the SAME PRODUCT. Never received the ones I did order. It is fishy that there is no phone number.
