Multiple paid accounts
I have several paid accounts with this company and I have to say I was really let down by the customer service I got. I manage two Business Plus with Governance accounts, a Personal Pro account, and another paid Personal account. I thought I'd get better treatment from the support team. But when I asked for help, they said they couldn't even spare 5 minutes for a customer service call. It was pretty frustrating to not get the attention I deserved, especially with all my accounts. Having to deal with the same problem for days through a bunch of emails was just a waste of time and energy for me and the company.

Sink bowl for a bathroom
I just got this sink bowl for my bathroom from this company. I was happy to see that it was available on the website, so I decided to buy it. But, when I tried to pay with my credit card, it got denied for some reason. I've never had that happen before, so I had to use a different card to finish the purchase.

Jewelry items
I've been shopping on Catawiki lately and I bought some jewelry from a seller there. I was really let down when I got the items though. One of the things I got was a ring that was supposed to be gold, but it turned out to be filled with some other metal instead. That's not cool and it's definitely a shady thing to do. Then, to make things worse, another item I bought never even showed up. It seems like the seller isn't being honest at all. It's really frustrating to see scammers like this on Catawiki because it makes the whole platform look bad.

Hey, I placed a really large order about 4 days back and haven't received anything yet. I've tried emailing and calling them multiple times, but haven't heard back from them at all! It's seriously making me worried that I got scammed. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them if you want to actually receive your stuff.
