GMAT prep app
I did terrible on the GMAT at first and got a lousy score. But then, my friend put me onto this app that turned things around for me. It really helped me figure out how to approach the test and steer clear of tricky stuff. Thanks to the app, I boosted my score big time and got accepted into grad school. I can't recommend this app enough!

Slow customer service
My experience with customer service chat was disappointing. It took forever to resolve my issue since the representative seemed overwhelmed with multiple chats. The wait time between responses was just unbearable.
