I made the mistake of buying from this company not too long ago, thinking I could score some cheap new clothes. But man, was I let down when my order came in. Incorrect Size Hat Purchase
I bought two hats for Christmas, but they were the wrong size. I returned them almost a month ago, but still no $89 refund. This company keeps messing up and it's really frustrating. Not having a phone number to call makes it even worse. Feels like they're dodging customers on purpose, especially during the crazy holiday rush. We gotta do something about it - maybe take legal action or team up to make them own up to their mistakes.

Wall mount TV purchase
So, I messed up and bought a wall mount TV instead of a stand TV for where I wanted to put it. I contacted BuyDig customer service to see about exchanging or getting a refund. They got back to me super fast and their service was top-notch. They helped me get a stand for the TV from the manufacturer so I could make it work in the spot I wanted. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out and I'd totally think about buying from BuyDig again down the road.
