Drone repair
My time dealing with BuyDig was kind of a rollercoaster of emotions - some frustration, but also some gratitude. I was really struggling to get my drone up and running again, but luckily Maria Luisa was always on the ball, responding to my emails super quickly and helping me out whenever I needed it. The only downside was that it took way longer than I thought it would, spanning over a few weeks. I was a bit bummed out by the lack of enthusiasm from the person who was supposed to handle a simple task holding up the whole process. But Maria Luisa stayed professional and kept apologizing for the delays. Eventually, I was able to get the necessary fix for my drone thanks to her hard work and support.
