Wellness Throat Lozenges
I purchased throat lozenges back on March 9th. I paid an additional $7 for expedited shipping. After a week I emailed asking for an update on my order. I was told it was shipping soon. After another week, I emailed about my order...no comment. I emailed to cancel the order because I longer needed the cough drops. I was just informed yesterday—over 2 months later that my order had shipped. I emailed that I canceled the order and that after 2 months the items were no longer needed. Customer service went back and forth with me—I understand they wanted me to send them my cancellation email. The problem is after over 2 months, emails get deleted or my account would be overwhelmed. No compromise was even attempted. Very frustrated customer.
