Beautiful painting
Overall, I'm really happy with the painting I bought from the website. It came quickly and was packed up really well, so it showed up in perfect shape. But, I got a little confused by the whole "make an offer" thing. I put in an offer for a painting, and then the seller came back with a different offer. I was still thinking about what to do when I found out they had gone ahead and accepted my offer and charged my card without asking me first. I think if they were more clear and upfront about how the negotiating works, it would make things a lot better for people like me who are buying stuff.

Cozy knit sweater
Hey, so I got this super cozy knit sweater from this one store and I have to say, it is seriously the softest thing ever. The quality is amazing and it fits me perfectly. I love that it keeps me warm without making me look all bulky. It's definitely my new favorite for those cold days.

Unfair return policy and sizing verification requirement
My experience with this company really let me down. I bought some stuff but sadly, it just didn't fit me right. So, I decided to contact customer service to ask about getting a refund or swapping it out. But, to my surprise, they don't do returns or exchanges. Instead, they told me to just give the items to my family. And on top of that, they asked me to send pictures of myself with a measuring tape to show my size, which I thought was too personal and not okay. It just really rubbed me the wrong way and I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

1 dress and 2 swimsuits
I ordered a dress and two swimsuits from this store not too long ago. They have a nice selection of styles to choose from. However, I was a little let down by the quality of the products I got. One of the swimsuits had some loose stitching, and the dress had some issues with the seams. I was able to fix it myself, but it was annoying to receive items that weren't made right. Hopefully, they can do better with their quality control in the future.

Vitamins
I ordered some vitamins about 4 weeks ago on October 6th. I got an email saying my order would ship in 4-7 days, so I patiently waited. But after a while, I noticed it hadn't been shipped. I reached out to customer service by email and they said they'd give me a tracking number soon. That never happened. When I called a few days later, they told me the vitamins hadn't been shipped because they were still waiting on them from the manufacturer. It's frustrating that it's been 4 weeks and I still don't have my order, especially since they didn't stick to the original shipping timeline. The lack of communication and transparency from the company is worrying, and I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

Purchasing a silencer at this spot was a piece of cake. The team there was super helpful and really made everything easy for me. I'm grateful for all the advice they gave me. Backpack purchase
I recently bought a backpack from this place and let me tell you, I'm totally bummed out about it. I really should've checked the reviews first because now I understand what everyone's complaining about. The backpack was on sale, but man, what a disappointment. It was super low quality and way bigger than I expected based on the online pictures. And on top of all that, they wouldn't take it back because of the sale. Such a rip-off!

Crop tops and undershirts
I really love the quality of these crop tops and undershirts, they're fantastic! The customer service was outstanding when I needed to exchange a top for a bigger size. They even sent out the new one while I was still waiting for my return to arrive because I needed it for an event. The quality has been great so far, just remember not to put them in the dryer. The only downside is they might not hold up well against heavy sweating, and be sure to read the fine print on sales. But overall, this company is top-notch and really focused on the customer. I highly recommend them.

DONT BUY FROM THEM. Ordered Nov16th. Still haven’t received Dec 27th. Emailed 5 times but JUST get a robotic response. I’m disputing purchase with PayPal. Too bad as I liked the products.
