Quick and easy tire purchase
I bought some tires from Tirerack recently, and I have to say, I was really happy with how everything went. The whole thing was smooth and simple, and they had a good variety to choose from. What stood out to me was when they reached out to double-check that I had picked the right tires for the front of my car because they were a bit smaller than what I had before. It was great to see that they were really paying attention and making sure I got exactly what I needed for my car.

Flea prevention medication
Don't bother with this company! They show products, make you go through all the steps of entering your info, then drop the bomb that they don't deliver to Canada. It's ridiculous! I feel tricked and definitely won't be telling anyone to use this company.

I just had my second interaction with customer support in over 10 years of using the service, and I have to say, it was actually a pretty good experience. The person I talked to, MJ, really knew their stuff and was able to figure out and solve the problem I was having fast. In no time, I was back to using the service with no problems. The support team at Virtual PBX, especially MJ, really impressed me with their great service.

Payment issue
I had such a frustrating time trying to set up autopay or pay my bill online. It took forever to get everything sorted out over the phone. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and I ended up wasting a whole 2 hours of my life just trying to pay my bill.

wrong size item
I gotta say, I was really happy with my time shopping on this online store. I ordered a few things, and when my package arrived, I noticed that one of the items was the wrong size. But here's the kicker - before I even had a chance to reach out about it, the customer service team had already fixed the problem. I was pretty impressed with how they took charge and sorted everything out. I really like all the stuff I bought, and you can bet I'll be coming back for more in the future.
