Subscription nightmare
I signed up for this service and now I'm stuck in it. They keep billing me even though I've been trying to cancel. When I try to log in, it says I don't even have an account! And their customer service is a joke. It's like talking to a brick wall. All they do is send me useless help links, but I can't even access them without logging in first. It's a complete mess. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Zero out of ten, no doubt.

Denim jackets and graphic tees
I headed over to the store to pick up a couple of cute denim jackets and some graphic tees, but man, it was a disaster. The employees were being rude and even started shadowing me, which totally made me feel awkward. The store was also a wreck, and I overheard the workers talking inappropriately. When I finally tried to talk to the manager about what was going on, she just brushed it off like it was no big deal. I left feeling so embarrassed and let down, I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

I just tried out the tax prep services and wasn't sure how it would go at first. But, I got a call to chat about my experience, and I have to say, the customer service was top-notch. The rep really took the time to break things down for me and make sure I was in the loop. That personal touch made all the difference and now I feel good about coming back next time.

I just bought something online and totally forgot to put in my discount code when I checked out. I reached out to customer service and lucked out by talking to a woman named Stephanie. She went out of her way to add the discount for me manually. I really appreciate her going the extra mile to fix my goof-up. It was so nice to get such hands-on and friendly customer service, especially when things are usually so rigid and strict.
