They tricked me into installing some software that gave them access to take money out of my account, saying it was for paying Canadian taxes. Luckily, Coinsmart came to the rescue and showed me how to lock down my account and get my money back. It was a bit of a process, but thanks to them, I got everything back under control and kept my assets safe. Coinsmart really saved me from a total financial mess.
