Shoes insoles replacement
I've been wearing my shoes a ton and noticed the insoles were getting worn out and the cork was peeling. I reached out to customer service and they were awesome - sent me new insoles at no cost, and they arrived the very next day! I'm beyond thrilled to have comfy shoes again! The shoes are still in great shape and I really appreciate the company's values.

Ink cartridges purchase
My experience with this company seriously let me down. I ordered four ink cartridges, but after waiting three weeks, only one showed up. When I reached out to customer service about the missing ones, all they said was "we'll check on it and get back to you." But after another week went by with no news, I had enough and filed a chargeback for the missing cartridges. Bottom line, I thought their way of doing business was sketchy and not dependable.

Last-minute prom shopping for my son was surprisingly easy, all thanks to the helpful and knowledgeable staff. They fixed our order mistake right away and made sure we got everything on time. Plus, the products were really high quality.

Request for coupons
I just reached out to customer service to see if I could get some coupons for my baby. But man, the person I talked to was seriously rude and not helpful at all. Even though I know they usually send coupons by email, they straight up told me they couldn't send me any. The whole experience was a letdown - I definitely didn't deserve that kind of treatment.
