Poster quality is excellent, shipping time and cost need improvement
I've been a customer of this company for a long time, and I've always been happy with the posters I order. The prints are consistently sharp and colorful, just like I wanted. But, I've noticed that their shipping times have gotten slower recently. It now takes almost a month to get my orders, which is really not okay in today's speedy world. And to make matters worse, the shipping costs seem to have gone up too. It's annoying to pay more for shipping when it's taking so long to get my stuff. I really hope they can fix this problem with their service soon.

Books of poetry
So I picked up these two poetry books from different places and it was really interesting to check them out. One of them, the one from Blurb, came in this sturdy envelope and was in mint condition when it arrived. The other one came in a box surrounded by a bunch of inflated plastic packaging, which was a bit of a hassle because I had to clean it up. But the books themselves were both the same size and had these glossy covers, so that was pretty cool.

Lost card replacement
I just had to get my lost card replaced and ordered a new one. I was actually pretty surprised when it showed up earlier than expected. Big shoutout to the team for being so quick and efficient.

Online order
I had a terrible experience with this company. Their customer service was the worst I've ever seen. I think they're scammers and I feel like I got ripped off. I ordered two items and only got one. I tried reaching out by email and messenger several times, but they never replied. I also tried calling their number, but no one answered. How can they get away with such shady practices? Don't buy from them. I wish I had done my research before ordering. I don't think I'll ever get my missing item or a refund, but hopefully my review helps others avoid the same situation I went through right before Christmas.

Recent furniture purchase
I just bought some furniture from this store, and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with what they had to offer. The quality and selection were on point. But then I found out that they decided to lay off all their American workers so they could hire cheaper labor from another country. That bummed me out big time. Companies should really be looking out for their local employees first and foremost.

Quick delivery, best price
I just bought some contact lenses and got them delivered super fast. I ordered them on a holiday, but got a tracking number the following day and they showed up on Thursday. The price was the best I could find, and I'm really satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely order from here again. Thanks for the awesome service!
