Got conned during Christmas promo
I was so excited about the after Christmas promotion because I thought I was getting a really good deal, but then it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The website said I could get free shipping if I spent over $100, but when I went to check out and use the discount code, it was actually one or the other - free shipping or the discount. It felt like a total bait and switch, which was definitely not cool at all.
