Flight delay due to technical issues
Our flight got delayed because of some technical problems, so now we're stuck here in Estonia. The staff didn't seem very useful or good at keeping us in the loop about what was going on. And to top it off, the speakers weren't working, so we couldn't hear any announcements or updates from the pilot. It was pretty chaotic and a major letdown overall.

Personalized mug purchase
I recently bought a custom mug from this company to give to a friend, but when I got it, I saw there was a spelling mistake. It was supposed to say "our board" but it said "out board" instead. Pretty disappointing. I wish they had checked before printing it, so now it's pretty much useless as a gift. Hopefully, they start double-checking all personalized items to avoid these kinds of mistakes in the future.
