My experience started off really frustrating, but then Miss Julie came to the rescue. Even though I kept getting the same unhelpful answer, I didn't give up, and it all worked out when I finally got in touch with Miss Julie. She was so amazing, going above and beyond to quickly fix my problem. Her top-notch service really saved the day.

Underwear purchase
I am totally into this new underwear I bought, like seriously can't get enough! The styles are so on point and the fabric is just so dang comfy. I even got my partner a couple pairs as a present and they're loving them too. The customer service is absolutely amazing and they always do whatever it takes to make sure I'm satisfied. And get this, I got a few free pairs because of some little mix-ups, which just goes to show how much they care about making their customers happy.

Christmas gift purchase
I ordered my Christmas present way back in early December and was so pumped to get it. But now it's almost Christmas and my package is MIA! I tried to check its status on the website, but all I got was a bunch of 404 errors. So then I tried calling customer service, but I was on hold for what felt like forever before getting a message that they're experiencing technical issues. Talk about a letdown!
