I just got a party banner from your company, and man, it took forever to arrive because of Covid. But when I called customer service, they totally hooked me up with faster shipping so I could get it in time for my event. The banner was awesome, and I've been a loyal customer for over a decade. I did end up having to hit up the BBB about my concerns, but Shindigz quickly stepped up and made things right.
