Man, can you believe this? I signed up for a CBD gummies subscription to help with my nerve pain, and I gotta say, the actual product is amazing. But the shipping? It's a complete mess. They keep emailing me about backorders, offer free samples that take forever to show up, and charge my credit card way too soon. And let's not even talk about the tracking - it seems like my order is taking the scenic route through Texas and Las Vegas just to make it to LA. I am so done with all their excuses and delays. It's definitely time for me to find a new supplier.

Expedited delivery delay
I bought something recently and paid extra for fast delivery so I could get it in time for an event. But the delivery got delayed by 5 days, making the thing useless when it finally arrived. When I contacted customer service to talk about this, they weren't helpful at all and didn't take any responsibility. Even after I complained a few times, all I got was a generic response, and they didn't solve the problem. They said the package was delivered to a PO Box, even though I gave them my home address. It was a letdown overall, and I wasn't happy with the service at all.

Pixlr AppSumo deal disappointment
I bought the Pixlr lifetime deal on AppSumo a few years back, and they said all updates to the premium plan would be included. But recently, Pixlr updated the premium plan to include AI tools, which lifetime users didn't get. The premium plan now has 1000 AI credits per month, but lifetime users haven't been getting these credits for the past 2 months. When I reached out to Pixlr support, they said they couldn't keep their promise because of AI costs. There was no heads up about this change, so lifetime buyers like me were caught off guard. Other companies with lifetime deals have given AI updates to their users, unlike Pixlr. I'm disappointed and hoping Pixlr will stick to their promise from AppSumo.

Toddler clothing
I recently bought some clothes for my toddler from this store, and let me tell you, it was one of the worst shopping experiences ever. The stuff I ordered never showed up, and when I tried to contact customer service, they kept telling me that it was due to warehouse delays for months. Now it's pretty obvious to me that this company is not being honest and is basically running a scam. They're saying stuff is in stock when they have no plans to actually send out orders. It's frustrating to still see the same things I bought listed on their website, tricking more people into buying. And the fact that they're only offering store credit instead of refunds just proves to me that they don't really care about sending out orders. It's disappointing to see a business I used to trust stoop to such shady practices. I'd advise anyone thinking about shopping here to avoid it and not become a victim of their deceitful ways.

The white glove service for our big rug installation was a must, and the folks doing the job were really careful. Jordan 1 Lows
I recently bought a pair of Jordan 1 Lows from this store, and man, it was a huge mess. I didn't even wear the shoes before trying to sell them on eBay, and guess what? They turned out to be fake! Like, not just once, but twice! I had them checked by experts in person and also online, and both times they were confirmed to be knock-offs. It's crazy that I spent my hard-earned money on fake shoes. The lack of quality control is just terrible, and selling fake stuff is not cool at all. I'd say steer clear of this store, seriously.
