Would not order from them again
I ordered my product on oct 2 said it would b here on oct 8. When I called at 4pm on the 8 to check the delivery status, she told me they received a email that morning from the vendor saying he didn’t have the item in stock. But no one called to let me know. And what a coincidence the same day it’s due to arrive, the email came to them same day 6 days after I ordered when it was supposed to be delivered the same dayTwo Signs expedited shipping
Placed special delivery time sensitive sign order and paid special to have the order expedited. I can not even reach them via phone or email and are very upset. Poor customer service. Beware!

Mostly I have taken birthday party and Christmas party accessories from here.
Anything either high class lighting, thems ,decorative or anything in any ones aspectationWould NOT recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order on 4/17/21 and only received half of the order. I have emailed them directly, I have filled out their customer service form (6 times) without a single response. I have called the 800 number at least 30 times, no one ever answers, you get to listen to a recording telling you how hard they are working and how you can contact them by email or through their website live chat. The website Live Chat doesn't exist, no one answers the customer service emails they instruct you to send, no one answers the phone when you call, there is no way to contact this company to get a response that I can find. Have contacted the Better Business Bureau to try and get some response from them that way. I ordered in April for an event in June that has come and gone, and I have NO response from them at all. I will not order from them again, and hope I get the rest of the merchandise I ordered and paid for, over 2 months ago. I get that COVID has dealt most businesses a boatload of challenges, I truly get that. But you really shouldn't be in business if you can't give your customers a way to make things right when COVID and other challenges present themselves. Will not order from them again, SO NOT WORTH THE AGGREVATION.
I had the exact same problem as Beth.. Never received the entire order. They don't respond to emails to customer service. They did however respond to an email where I corrected my phone number. So, someone is there, just not for incomplete orders. Now I'm worried that they have my credit card and phone number. I suggest we all watch our credit card billings for any fraudulent charges.
