    I was so pleased with the handbag I got from this company. It was even better than I expected. The quality was amazing and the design was absolutely beautiful. I got it just in time for my birthday, thanks to super speedy delivery. Their customer service was also really great - they answered my questions quickly and gave me useful info. I had a fantastic shopping experience with this company and will definitely shop with them again in the future.

    Despite a not-so-great thing that happened with a FedEx driver signing my name, I have to say that my time with Madison Avenue Couture was amazing. Judy and Alexis really went out of their way to fix things and make sure my order got to me okay. The Birkin bag I got for my wife was beautiful, and she loved it. The folks at Madison Avenue Couture were really professional and you could tell they really cared about their customers. I'm really impressed and thankful for their awesome customer service.

    I never write negative reviews but this place deserves it. I purchased a Birkin from them for $19,500k and decided I didn't like it after about a month. I reached out and they offered to buy it back so after multiple emails on my part requesting return instructions I sent the bag back and heard nothing from them until I reached out (4 days/2 business days after delivery). They then decided the bag had been "damaged" and they were going to pay me $1000 less than they offered (which was already 4k less than I had just paid them for it). After requesting a description or proof of the "damage" they could not point to anything other than "creasing" which obviously exists on the sides of a leather bag. Nevertheless they had my very expensive bag in their possession so I said fine, just pay me. They asked for ACH info after demanding I pay for the bag originally via wire so they would benefit from less fees which also ensure further delay of when I would receive payment. 5 days later and I still have not been paid. I called and then followed up with an email to which I received this lovely response from their President & CEO, Judy Taylor:

    You reached out four times. We do payments toward the end of the day and we are well aware of your desire to be paid quickly. We are making an exception to send you a wire, which costs us whereas ACH is free. And we are paying you faster than any of our competitors would pay.
    I don’t understand why we cannot do electronic check as we make payments to everyone that way, but so be it.
    You will be paid today. Please stop calling and sending emails; we understand.

    I find this customer service and communication to be unacceptable and frankly, rude. We are talking about a $20,000 bag, not a t-shirt. I was already being undercut by thousands and thousands of dollars with their offer and then they drag their feet to pay me and their supposed leader speaks to me like this. I would stay far away from this company at all costs if you can help it.
