Excellent product selection and value for the money
I had such a great time shopping on the website! They had a fantastic selection of products, and I was able to find exactly what I needed at a really good price. The quality of the items I bought was even better than I expected. The only little issue was that the website is only in Finnish, so I had to use a translator to get around and buy things. But overall, the shopping experience was easy and hassle-free.

Do not buy from them they are a scam you cannot return item bc it goes to China costs more to return it than the dress was worth! DO NOT BUY! Would have given them ZERO stars but had to give 1! NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Filthy room and bugs
The room at the Richmond location on Broad Street South was completely gross. Bugs everywhere, place was filthy! I went to the front desk and the guy there just laughed in my face, like I was kidding. Then, when I told the lady at check-out about the bugs, she acted like it wasn't a big deal and just smiled. I was so scared and disgusted, I'll never stay there again. I wish I could show everyone how gross it was in those pictures.

I just gotta say, I was so impressed with the stuff I got from that online pet store. They had everything I needed for my fur baby, from creams for wounds to deworming pills. The prices were amazing and they had so much to choose from. I'll definitely be shopping there again!

Custom Dog Food
I ended up changing my pup's food to a special recipe from this company because my older dog was having tummy troubles with his old kibble. Man, what a change it made! Not only did his stomach issues get better, but he also perked up and had more energy. I'm seriously impressed with how good the food is and how it helped my dog's health. Definitely recommend it!
