Jeans and t-shirts
I recently got some jeans and t-shirts from this store. The cool thing is they got to me really fast and when I needed to return some items, it was a simple process. But the not-so-great part is that their clothes are made in China, which is a bummer. Also, they claim to offer free returns, but they actually sneak in a 'tax' fee to cover the cost of shipping it back. That's not cool at all!

Rug purchase
I just bought a rug from this company and oh man, it was a total letdown when I saw it in person. It had stains, holes, and looked like it had been collecting dust for who knows how long. The edges were even starting to unravel - it was a disaster. I tried contacting customer service and it took forever for them to hit me back. And when they finally did, they sent me the wrong return label. So now I'm stuck waiting for the right label to come in so I can ship this disaster rug back.

Online order issue
I had a frustrating experience with an online order recently. I carefully entered the correct delivery address, but it got changed automatically after I used Apple Pay to complete the payment. I felt powerless because I couldn't control my own address, and there wasn't an option to change it or cancel the order. To top it off, the customer service team takes a long 10 days to reply to emails, and the products usually ship within just 7 days, leaving no room to fix any errors. This lack of flexibility and responsiveness made my shopping experience really disappointing. Hopefully the company improves this in the future.

Discounted product
I was kinda nervous about ordering from this company at first ‘cause there weren't many reviews, and the ones I did find were mostly negative. But I decided to take a gamble, and boy, I'm so glad I did! The deal on the product I wanted was seriously mind-blowing. They processed my order super fast and got it sent out the very next day. It arrived at my doorstep in London within the same week, which totally blew me away. The product was packaged really well and came in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with what I got!

Stay at Novi Extended Stay
My stay at the Novi place was a total nightmare. The room was super dirty, like the floors were all sticky and there was dirt all over the tub and fridge. It was just gross. When we asked for stuff like plates, pots, and pans that they said they had online, they said we had to buy them and it was way too expensive. And if we wanted extra towels, they charged for that too! They wanted us to use the same towel for days, which is not cool. The false advertising and not having basic stuff we needed was a big surprise. And the attitude of the staff was just terrible, like they didn't care at all. The manager was missing and the person working there had no idea what to do. The lack of hygiene and not being clean at all was not okay at this place.

Preorder Plushies
I ordered some plushies from this site back in May, and they were supposed to ship on June 16th. But they kept pushing back the release date without telling me, which was super frustrating. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but they never gave me any real answers or updates on my order. Now it's October 27th, and I'm still waiting for my plushies to show up. It's really disappointing to preorder something and not get it in a reasonable amount of time.

Kitchen towels and clothing
I recently got some kitchen towels and clothes from this company and I gotta say, I am totally in love with the quality. The kitchen towels are tough, hold up in the wash, and the cool patterns really make my kitchen pop. On-line car service prepaid trip
The drivers were great - so responsive, nice, and they knew their stuff. The driver from the East Side to LGA went the quickest way possible without me even having to ask, making sure I got all my rider rights. Paying ahead of time was totally worth it for this ride.
