Fermented whole-food topper for dogs
Gussy's Gut might seem all fancy and high class, but don't be fooled. I decided to give their fermented whole-food topper a shot for my dog, hoping it would work wonders. Turns out, I didn't really see any big changes in my dog's health or energy levels. The packaging was pretty and the product looked good, but it didn't really live up to the benefits it promised. Maybe it works for some pups, but it just didn't do the trick for mine.

Overnight shipment with delayed delivery
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. I ordered something with overnight shipping and ended up waiting five days for it to arrive. On top of that, the customer service folks weren't sorry at all and wouldn't give me back the extra money I shelled out for faster shipping. I've been a customer for a while, so I thought I'd get better service and communication. It's obvious that they care more about making money than keeping customers happy.

Lost parcel resolved
I was just blown away by how amazing the service was when my package got lost. Elena totally went the extra mile to help me out and make sure I got what I ordered. She didn't hesitate to offer a refund or a replacement, and I chose to get a new one. She not only arranged for it to be sent out at no cost, but she also made sure it was delivered quickly by an express courier to avoid any more issues. The way everything was handled so quickly and how friendly Elena was just really impressed me. This is exactly how top-notch customer service should be done!
