Bulk backpack purchase
I just bought a bunch of backpacks and I gotta say, the customer service and delivery time were on point. The folks working there were super helpful and guided me through the whole process. I was shocked when the backpacks showed up in just 2 days - way quicker than I thought! And the quality was top-notch, totally worth the money. Overall, shopping for a ton of backpacks at that store was a great experience.
4 Boxes of Backpacks
I recently ordered 4 boxes of backpacks from this company and let me tell you, I was very disappointed with how everything turned out. I got a confirmation online after placing the order, but after that I never got any updates on processing or when I could expect the delivery. I only found out my order was being processed when I got my credit card notification. And to top it off, I didn't get any confirmation that it was delivered either. The next thing I know, when I was heading out for work, I see the 4 boxes just sitting outside on the sidewalk near my place. Three of the boxes were fine, but one was open. I live in the Bronx, New York, and that kind of delivery is just not right, it's unprofessional. To sum it up, I was really not happy with the customer service I got.

I am so happy with my wholesale backpack purchase. Everything went super smoothly, from when I ordered them to when they were delivered. The staff was awesome and really helped me out, making my experience fantastic. The backpacks I got are such great quality, strong, stylish, and look like they'll last a long time. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more.
