Purchased a trike that stopped working after one month
Unfortunately, my trike stopped working just a month after I bought it. When I tried to contact customer service, I found out their phone lines were down. I had to email them, and they kept asking for pictures and videos of the issue. Even after I gave them all the info I could, they still wanted more. This went on for 20+ emails over three weeks, and I started to feel like I was being scammed. They didn't offer any help or warranty support, so I ended up figuring out the problem on my own out of frustration.
