I got a charge on my card and panicked — I never ordered anything. Package showed up at my door two weeks ago; I peeked inside but didn't use it. Spent ages finding who to call, filed a bank dispute. They gave a UPS return tag but refuse to refund. Weirdly the return was easy, but the company's handling felt shady.
Peppermint made it bearable
it actually masks a super-strong tincture I mix it with, making it drinkable and effective. Shipping was quick too, which sealed the deal.
Billed, then radio silence
I almost didn't buy because the product page left a few questions, but the price seemed okay so I ordered. Stuck in limbo
frustrating. No updates, no real answers on the phone (they promised a callback that never came), and emails that sat unread. A rep finally called back saying they switched carriers and that a replacement would be sent, but I never got confirmation of that replacement or any solid tracking info. So the doubt I felt before buying wasn’t fully erased — it got a little quieter for a day, then came back louder. I’ll give credit where it’s due: when things worked in the past they were quick. Right now though, I’m opening a card dispute because I can’t wait around, and I’ll probably try someone else next time. If they sort it and actually send the replacement I’ll update, but I’m not holding my breath.
Give them another shot — they followed up
I’m actually willing to try them again after a shaky patch. I’ve used their stuff for over a year and the products themselves are fine — nothing fancy, but they work for me. The problem was their customer service: for months I got zero replies to emails or the contact form. No auto-reply, nothing. That’s frustrating, especially when they switched to DHL for delivery and I told them I wasn’t thrilled with that carrier. No reply. Then there was a promo email in December promising a $20 credit if you bought before 11:59pm on a certain day. I bought within the window, saved the email screenshot, and waited for the credit. Again, silence. I used the website form, I emailed the Help address with the screenshot attached — crickets. I started looking at other brands because you’d think a company would at least confirm receipt of a message or explain a delay. I mean, they were quick to charge my card, so the lack of response felt odd. Fast forward to 1/17/25: someone from their team called, left a voicemail apologizing about the missed $20 credit and said the amount would be refunded to my last order card. They explained there’d been confusion about how credits were distributed and that they only began issuing them recently. That call and the refund offer actually changed my view — nice to hear from a real person. So yeah, I’m cautiously optimistic and will order again to see if this is a real change. Advice if you deal with them: keep screenshots, be persistent, and call if you can. I hope they keep improving response times — that would make the whole experience much better.
Full spectrum, raw, research
I think I've found the perfect product for me and my pets. I was drawn to the full spectrum feature, but I'm wondering if it's raw since I've heard that's important. I'm looking forward to hearing from the company soon to see if I need to buy more. In the meantime, I'll keep researching to make sure I'm making the right decision for all of us.
CBD product purchase
The website did a great job explaining what CBD is and how it's different from THC. I really liked how they laid out the various strengths and suggested uses. The product is great, no complaints on that front. But man, the whole shipment communication thing is lacking. Miracle relief
This product is seriously amazing. I've been dealing with back pain for years because of a birth defect in my spine. I've tried so many other CBD products that claim to have 15 mg of CBD, but I was so unsure about trying another one. These hemp softgels really surprised me though.
