Sizing issues and poor customer service
I had a pretty bad experience with this company. The sizes of the items I bought were super unclear, so the lingerie I got just made me look silly. And when I tried to return them, it was a total nightmare. The customer service was terrible too - rude and not helpful at all. It was just a letdown all around, so I won't be buying from them again.
