Technical difficulties with LiveChat
Man, LiveChat was a nightmare. Every time I tried to fill out the form to talk to a customer service rep, the system just kept crashing. And then, after all that frustration, I finally get through and find out that no one's even available to help me. Spent hours just waiting in a never-ending queue with terrible management. It's like the developers didn't even think about how this affects us real customers. Total waste of time.

Chemise purchase, Natori label, poor quality
I gotta tell you, don't bother with Natori stuff. I got one of their chemises from a store recently and man, what a letdown. The fabric felt cheap, was all static-y, and just didn't sit right on my skin. And when I tried to talk to Herroom about it, they just brushed me off. Natori themselves didn't seem to give a darn about their customers or their products. Just avoid anything with their label on it - save yourself the headache.

Event coverage
I gotta say, getting that event coverage was a breeze. All I had to do was answer a few questions, pay up, and I was all set. I really liked how easy and quick it was to place my order. The coverage gave me exactly what I was looking for, and the price was fair for what I got. I was really impressed with how simple and convenient it was to get the event coverage I needed.

Electric bike delivery
The delivery was super fast and right on schedule. I was amazed they sent two delivery guys, so I just had to show them where to drop off the package. Overall, I was really happy with the service.

Mouth tape for better sleep
I bought a mouth tape from SomniFix hoping it would help me sleep better, but man, I gotta say I'm real bummed about their lack of customer service and super slow delivery. It's been like three months since I ordered it, and even after sending them a bunch of emails, I haven't heard back or gotten my hands on the product. This is just not cool, and I'm definitely going to do something about it.

Last minute booking for business meetings.
I used this service last minute for a business meeting and I was really impressed. It was super easy to book and the customer service was amazing. Hotels By Day was way better value than a regular meeting place and I got to use all their facilities too. I did have a few small problems, but the customer service team fixed them right away.

Sweatshirt purchase
I got a sweatshirt from this company and man, was I let down. It took them more than 2 1/2 weeks just to ship it out, which is crazy in this day and age, right? When I finally got a notification that it was on its way, they said it would be another two weeks before I actually got it. They blamed the delay on the holidays, even though I ordered it on December 1st, way before the holiday craze. Feels like they were just trying to pass the buck instead of owning up to their own slow process.

BB Access loyalty issues
I had a problem with the BB Access loyalty program and decided to contact customer service through WhatsApp. The person I talked to didn't seem interested in helping me and gave short, unhelpful answers. It was really frustrating and made me feel let down as a customer. Because of that, I chose to go somewhere else where I could get the support and service I needed.
