Issue resolution
The support team finally helped me out with my problem, but man, it took them forever to get back to me! I was left hanging for 2 whole days with no updates, and they straight up ignored some of my questions. They did fix the issue in the end, but the whole thing could have been way smoother and quicker.

Quality dress, Return process
The dress I bought from this place was really nice, but it ended up not fitting me like I wanted it to. I was kind of bummed about it, but I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help me out. I told them about my situation, how I missed the return deadline because work was crazy busy, and Chloe was super nice and helpful. She extended the return deadline for me right away and let me send it back. I was really impressed by their customer service and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future after this good experience.

Twisted Stacker Ring purchase
The Twisted Stacker Ring is just one of many rings I got from this place. The quality is amazing, and the prices are fair. I really adore the delicate and lovely designs of the rings I purchased (twisted stacker, mignon memory ring, hammered ring, first knuckle ring). I wear them every day and I'm excited to visit the store again next time I'm in NYC.
