Airport parking service
My experience with the airport parking service was a major letdown. I reserved a spot for my car, but when I got there, no one was around to help. There wasn't any security in sight, just a locked door with a sign that said "full." I was stuck at the airport, needing a friend to give me a ride and get my car back. The company's lack of communication and support was totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
