Email support issue
I gotta tell you about this annoying thing that happened to me the other day. So, I tried to reach out to their customer service by emailing the "support att airportparking.com" address they gave me. But guess what? The mail servers bounced back my emails saying the address didn't exist! It was such a headache and now I'm stuck not knowing how to get help. It just seems so sketchy to me that a company would give out a fake email like that.
Reserved parking through their website
It's 15 in the morning and I already paid $134.00 upfront. But guess what? I never got that confirmation email they said I would. I tried emailing their customer service two times already and still haven't heard anything back. Their website specifically says you'll get a confirmation email right away, but that definitely didn't happen for me. It's so frustrating and disappointing. Honestly, this whole situation feels like a scam. Now I have to go through the trouble of disputing the charge with my bank. I work hard for my money, I can't just throw it away like that. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this mess!
Airport parking reservation
I just wanted to share that I booked a spot for airport parking with this service, but I never got a confirmation after I paid. I tried to get in touch with customer service for help, but they never got back to me. On top of that, I still haven't gotten a refund. It's making me wonder if this company is even real.
No confirmation email 📧
I still haven't received the code or email I was supposed to get from you! I even sent you two emails about it and still haven't heard back. I'm really frustrated because you already took my money 😡 If you don't respond soon, I'm going to have to get my parents involved and have them call the bank to cancel the payment. I'm really disappointed and won't be using your services again!
