Bass guitar purchase experience
I recently ordered a bass guitar from this company, and I have to say, it was not a great experience. The guitar did come quickly, but the packaging was really flimsy, so it ended up getting damaged during shipping. On top of that, the color of the guitar wasn't even close to what was shown online, and the quality wasn't up to par either. Dealing with customer service was a hassle too, they were not helpful at all and seemed like they didn't really care. Trying to return the guitar was a headache and took forever. Overall, I was let down by the whole thing and would definitely not recommend buying from them.
Bulk electronics order
I just bought a bunch of electronics from this company, and man, I gotta tell ya, I'm really let down. The stuff I got wasn't great and gave me a bunch of problems with my gadgets. Dealing with the customer service was a pain, and it wasn't until I left a review that they finally fixed the issue. It's annoying that I had to go to that extent for them to do something about it.
USB-C and S/PDIF (Toslink) Optical Cable
I just wanted to get a USB-C cable and an S/PDIF (Toslink) optical cable, but man, it was so confusing! There are so many different USB standards and Monoprice's website didn't make it any easier to understand the differences between the cables. I had to reach out to customer service for help, and they were quick to respond and assist me. The AtlasFlex USB cable seems really sturdy and reliable, so that's a plus.
As for the optical cable, I didn't realize there were different types of connectors. Monoprice does describe their optical cables accurately, but it would be helpful if they could label or caption each picture with the type of connector it has.Missing piece
Yeah, so I got this desk and it was really nice at first, but then I noticed that a part was missing. It was so frustrating, you know? When I reached out to customer service, they said it would take 3-4 weeks to send me the replacement for that small piece. I mean, come on! I only needed that one missing part, not a whole new desk. The desk is great and everything I wanted, but the customer service is just really slow and not very helpful.
HDMI cables and TV wall mount
I recently bought three HDMI cables and a TV wall mount from your site. However, when my stuff showed up, I got 500 feet of CAT 6 cable instead of the wall mount. I reached out to customer service to sort it out, but it didn't go so well. The person I talked to seemed confused and wanted the part number for the CAT 6 cable, which seemed kind of unnecessary to me. When I explained the mix-up, they offered a refund or replacement, but all I really wanted was the right thing I ordered. I haven't gotten any updates or a return label for the wrong item yet.
Bluetooth headphones
I got these really neat Bluetooth headphones, but when they showed up, they were the wrong color! It was so frustrating! I reached out to customer service, but they weren't very helpful. They should've just fixed their error without me having to deal with it. I used to be a big fan of Monoprice, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be shopping here again.
Electronics accessories
I just bought some electronics stuff online and it was a pretty good experience. The prices were good and my order came quickly. The only problem was that the mail lost my package during delivery. But when I contacted customer service, they got back to me super fast, always within a day. They sent out my order again right away using a different delivery service and I got it in 2 days. I was really impressed with how they handled everything and fixed the problem so quickly.
Indio Guitars
I bought 6 Indio Guitars as Christmas presents, but I was bummed out when I saw that 5 of them were damaged or not really Indio Guitars even though they had the logo on them. And to top it off, they didn't even have any serial numbers, so I couldn't even check if they were legit or not. Basically, I thought the guitars were pretty low quality and I wasn't happy with what I got.
Metal encased iPhone lightning cable
I got this metal encased iPhone lightning cable from Monoprice that crapped out on me. But, I gotta give them props for their awesome service and warranty process. I shot them an email explaining the problem, and they quickly sent me a new cable. I had it in my hands within a week. Their dedication to backing up their products and sticking to their lifetime warranty is top-notch. I'm super impressed with how fast and reliable they are. I'm definitely sticking with them as a customer. I wouldn't think twice about telling my fam and friends to check out Monoprice after this great experience.
Gaming Chair
The packaging was really good and the delivery came super fast and without any troubles. Putting it together was pretty quick, but man, those washers and bolts were all over the place. Some of the parts weren't cut very well, and the headrest piece ended up breaking off since it wasn't cut all the way through. Also, the seat is a bit short for taller folks, but it's just right for someone like me who's only 5'2".

Affordable and dependable accessories When I bought some cables first time long time ago ,quality of products could understood So many accessories for TV and mobiles I shopped here and every time one thing was common and that is quality Prices never been any issue in last five years
One budget headphone under fifty dollars really surprised me Sound clarity is superb Normally a common factor seen among friends to buy big brands of very very high cost May be some additional quality of those sets but if question is of quality sound ,make it's very hard to find anywhere in market
