Egypt, Alexandria tour
Our trip to Alexandria, Egypt was a letdown because the plans kept changing suddenly without us knowing. We got there and found out things had been switched around without us being told beforehand, so we had no idea where we were supposed to stay. It was really confusing and made us feel lost and unsure of what to expect. On top of that, the hotel we thought we were staying at in downtown Alexandria got changed to a spot outside of town, which made everything more inconvenient and didn't help our trip go smoothly. It was frustrating not having a new plan laid out for us, so we ended up feeling unprepared and not sure about what was happening next. All in all, the trip didn't live up to what we hoped for because of all the unexpected changes and lack of communication.

Bra and panty set
Oh my gosh, I found the most adorable bra and panty set at this store! The colors were so lovely and it seriously made me feel like a queen when I tried it on. The staff were really nice and helped me figure out the right size. And they had a ton of different choices to pick from. It was such a great shopping experience!

Order cancellation, misinformation, wasted time
Unfortunately, my recent order from this company was a total bummer. I ordered a pair of shoes for my birthday, but then five days later, out of nowhere, they cancelled my order. When I called customer service, they told me I was on a list to get the shoes when they were back in stock and that I didn't need to do anything. But, after giving my info again, I never heard back like they promised. I called again, and this time they said the first person was wrong, there was no list, and I was basically out of luck. It was really frustrating and a waste of two weeks. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Black facemask purchase
As a first-time customer, I found it super easy to place my order. I even got a discount on my first purchase, which was a nice surprise. The shipping was quick, and my black facemask arrived right on time. It's top-quality, and I'm really happy with it. I had tried to get it from the official site, but ran into a bunch of issues over a few weeks. Luckily, Sports Unlimited had exactly what I wanted, no problems at all. My son was so excited to get it for Christmas and it looks awesome on his Riddell football helmet. I had to reuse the buttons from the old one, but it was worth it in the end. Adding a new red visor really made it pop. I'll definitely go back to Sports Unlimited for any more sports gear I need.

Best trip ever!
Oh my gosh, this trip was absolutely incredible! Our tour guide, let's just call him Romeo, was absolutely fantastic. The hotels we stayed at were so comfy - some of them were really fancy. The food was pretty good, but I have to say, the dinner we had in Tuscany Hills was absolutely amazing! The coach we rode in was super comfy and clean, like really top-notch. I've gone on a tour with that other company that starts with a "G" before, but Trafalgar is definitely the best. This was my second tour with them and I can't wait to go on more!

Short shipment, pre-paid taxes, smooth process
The shipping experience was awesome! Even though it was an international order, the package got here super quick and with no issues. I was so glad that the taxes were already paid, so I didn't have to worry about extra fees when it was delivered. The tote bag is great for beach trips and workouts. It's really good quality and big enough to hold all my stuff. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
