Mouthguard replacement
I've been a loyal customer for years and let me tell you, I was pumped about my old mouthguards. But man, when I gave the new design a shot, it just didn't measure up. Thankfully, David from customer service totally came through and hooked me up with the perfect replacement. That's what I call top-notch customer service!

Gaming Chair
The packaging was really good and the delivery came super fast and without any troubles. Putting it together was pretty quick, but man, those washers and bolts were all over the place. Some of the parts weren't cut very well, and the headrest piece ended up breaking off since it wasn't cut all the way through. Also, the seat is a bit short for taller folks, but it's just right for someone like me who's only 5'2".
