Order tracking delays
My order has been stuck in the "Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item" status for 14 days already. It's the second time I've been asked to leave a review before getting my order. It's annoying to be asked for feedback when I don't even have the product yet. Can you please sync up the review requests with the actual delivery?

Taupe Grace Medium BackPack, Australia
I recently bought a Taupe Grace Medium BackPack from this brand and let me tell you, I'm really happy with how good the bag is. The calf leather is top-notch and looks just like the pictures on the website. It took the regular 1 week delivery time to Australia with DHL as the courier. One thing I did notice, though, is that the hardware on the back where the straps are attached feels a bit different compared to the front logo hardware. It's not a big deal for me, but I thought I'd mention it in case it matters to other buyers. Overall, I'm a fan of the sleek designs of this brand and would definitely recommend it to others.
