Taupe Grace Medium BackPack, Australia
I recently bought a Taupe Grace Medium BackPack from this brand and let me tell you, I'm really happy with how good the bag is. The calf leather is top-notch and looks just like the pictures on the website. It took the regular 1 week delivery time to Australia with DHL as the courier. One thing I did notice, though, is that the hardware on the back where the straps are attached feels a bit different compared to the front logo hardware. It's not a big deal for me, but I thought I'd mention it in case it matters to other buyers. Overall, I'm a fan of the sleek designs of this brand and would definitely recommend it to others.
Recent handbag purchase
My recent purchase from here was amazing! I got a couple of bags, including a pretty lavender one that turned out to be more gray in person. It was on sale, so no problem there. The leather, hardware, and design are all top-notch. I don't know why some people are writing negative reviews, 'cause my experience was fantastic.
Gift for mom
I got this bag for my mom and she absolutely loves it! It's the Audrey Top Handle Bag in beige, and she seriously takes it with her everywhere. The delivery came really quickly and the packaging was super cute. It was just a really awesome experience overall.
Black Friday order
I'm really upset with how things have gone with this company. I bought something on Black Friday, but I still haven't heard anything about my order. I've sent two emails asking about it, but I haven't gotten a reply from customer service. I decided to buy from them because I saw them on a fashion channel, but they seem to be ignoring regular customers like me. I thought a big brand like this would do better, but I'm disappointed with how they're not keeping in touch and not caring about making customers happy.
Bag and wallet purchase
I just bought a bag and wallet from this store, and I gotta tell ya, the customer service was a major letdown. The wallet I got wasn't the color or material I asked for, and when I tried to get it fixed, they were totally unresponsive and didn't seem to care about making things right. It's really annoying to pony up the cash for something and not get what you were expecting. I definitely won't be shopping here again.
Enchanted Bag plus free Bracelet Bag
I previously ordered a green croc bracelet bag months ago and was completely happy with it.
Then I ordered an enchanted croc bag with the free bracelet bag and the enchanted bag arrived so much lighter than pictured (I have a screenshot of the original ‘navy’ color which has since been updated on the site) and the bracelet bag arrived deformed and dirty. And so I emailed that customer service address they have, included photos of the bag, and over a dozen emails later they have still not mailed me an exchange label, which is obviously a violation of the terms and conditions on the website. I can send photos and screenshots of the email thread to anyone interested.
