My sister got extra parts
My sister's shed had a pretty big mess-up while she was putting it together, but this guy Greg from customer service was amazing and really helped her solve it, even though they were on the phone for what felt like ages. He was really patient, which is something my sister definitely isn't, so big props to Greg for that. I sure wish I had someone like Greg to help me out when I have issues!

Intense oil for oily scalp and hair growth
This oil has totally changed the game for my greasy scalp and hair growth. I used to wake up with a total oil slick on my head, but ever since I started using this oil at night, my scalp has been way less greasy. And I'll be darned if I'm not starting to see some real baby hairs sprouting up - just what I was aiming for when I bought this stuff. I'm super excited to see what the full set is gonna do for my hair growth dreams.

Canceling subscription and difficulty leaving reviews
I had a really frustrating time trying to cancel my subscription with this company. I thought I did everything right by turning off the automatic refills, but when I contacted customer service for help, they pretty much told me too bad. Not only that, but when I tried to leave a review on their website, it was such a hassle. Every time I tried to log in and leave a review, I got kicked out, which just made me even more annoyed. It's just not right that they don't let customers leave reviews after they cancel their subscription. It's like they don't want to hear any feedback from people who might have important things to say.

I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 7 and let me tell you, it was like magic! The whole process went super smoothly and when it was finished, my laptop felt just like new. I also realized that my video card wasn't working as hard and my laptop wasn't heating up as much as it used to. Squashed filter delivery
I was so excited to finally receive my pool filter in the mail, but when I opened it up, it was a hot mess! The package was all torn up, the filter was all smashed, and the plastic cover was missing. I was really disappointed, you know? But then, the company got in touch with me and said they'd send me a new one since the first was wrecked during shipping. I had no clue they'd be so cool about it! I would definitely do business with them again down the line!
